How often do filters need to be replaced?

We recommend changing the filter every two weeks to ensure fresh, clean water.

 

What happens if my cat doesn't like it?

If your cat doesn't like it or drink from it, we recommend giving them a week to adjust to it as well as switching up the modes. If they are still avoiding it, we recommend using catnip on the spout to help your cat get used to it. And if all else fails, we have a 365-day back guarantee.
